Even now we can sometimes watch his wonderful works. Till the middle of the XX-th century there were no man in the world of cinema spectators who was not familiar with this modest hero. Then it was only the cinema that could be watched. Charlie Chaplin depicted that little ordinary man so understandable and close to all the hearts.

He was at the same time naive and brave, handsome and helpless, he could be fooled up and at the same time he found escape from every disaster. The most appealing to our hearts seems the film about the Great Dictator, where Charlie acted two roles, and his little hero was always winning over the nazi leader.
